  • “Margrit Gysin is the Grande Dame of puppetry and a pioneer in this field. For almost five decades, she has been crafting her own unique artistic universe. She narrates existential tales of the wonders and wounds of life, conjuring solace from coat pockets and between book covers. Even the smallest object unfolds significant, magical effects in her theatrical work. She invites children into this universe and reintroduces wonder to those who thought they had long forgotten it.”
